- A resolution which will select the new name and change the objects of the companyneed to be passed by the board. Then, the approval form RoC related to this issue will be required. For this, you need to submit a few documents.
- All the required forms will be submitted for changing the name and objects. You need to provide the projected turnover details for three years and a declaration stating that your company will start the business with new objects within six months period.
