Other Service Provider License
An OSP license will be required by any company which provides applications services by using telecom resources in accordance with New Telecom Policy (NTP) 1999. Applications Services includes telebanking, telemedicine, telemedicine, tele-education, tele-trading, e-commerce, call centre, network operation centre and other IT enabled services.
The enterprises which are authorized for OSP registration have to be a company registered under Companies Act, 2013.

Procedure for obtaining OSP License
The process of registration of OSP and telemarketers will be done by the Telecom Enforcement, Resource and Monitoring (TERM) Cells (also known as VTM Cells) as per location of the OSP/Telemarketing Centre.
