What is a Legal Notice?
Legal notice is a formal communication to a person or entity to inform him that you are going to commence legal proceedings against him.A legal notice is sent before filing a suit to warn the offender/other party that legal action may be taken against him/her, if he/she fails to comply with somecondition agreed by him/h. For example, a landlord can send a legal notice to his tenant if the tenant fails to pay the outstanding amount by a specified date agreed upon by him in rent agreement.
