Inside Sales Manager Responsibilities

  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.

  • Managing the inside sales representatives team.
  • Setting and tracking sales targets for your team.
  • Suggesting and implementing improvements in the sales administration process.
  • We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to oversee and support our inside sales representatives team.
  • The Inside Sales Manager will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process.

Requirements:-

  • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.
  • Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM experience preferred.
  • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client.
  • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress
  • n-depth understanding of product and understanding working needs of Advocates.
  • Proven work experience as an Inside sales manager / Team Leader.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers / Clients and Team members.
