We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to oversee and support our inside sales representatives team.
The Inside Sales Manager will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process.
Requirements:-
Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.
Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM experience preferred.
Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client.
Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress
n-depth understanding of product and understanding working needs of Advocates.
Proven work experience as an Inside sales manager / Team Leader.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers / Clients and Team members.
